Problem
Jobs were tracked in spreadsheets. Vendors, contractors, shipping, and accounting were all disconnected.
What we built
A complete operations hub built from scratch — CRM, job pipeline tracker, vendor and contractor management, opportunity tracking, real-time Slack notifications, QuickBooks Online sync, and shipping carrier integrations. One system replacing a dozen spreadsheets.

Problem
Permit status tracking was entirely manual — someone had to check city portals every day and log results by hand. Proposals and accounts receivable were managed across disconnected tools.

An automated business platform that checks city permit portals every morning at 8AM and logs changes automatically. Also built: proposal workflows, accounts receivable management, and QuickBooks Online integration — all in one place.

Problem

What we built
End-to-end content automation. A pipeline ingests news sources, uses AI to draft newsletter content, and auto-posts to Instagram — including sourced imagery — on a set schedule. Zero manual steps for routine publishing.
